I am writing this letter to compliment you on having one of the most professional companies we have ever had in our home as well as your employees for demonstrating the true meaning of customer satisfaction time-after-time!
My wife and I have been loyal customers over the years relative to minor repairs to our home HVAC system and water heater replacement.
Recently we were having issues with the blower staying on with our 21-year old HVAC system. Knowing that our system was running on borrowed time, we once again called Goyette to replace our old Bryant furnace and A/C unit with a new Bryant system.
Our first contact started on (12/19/17) with Tim Lambiris your Residential Estimator …during the initial home visit, Tim was very considerate not to exert any pressure on us but rather, explained the different options available, performance differences and costs to my wife and I about the Bryant products. In addition, Tim also took time to answer all of our questions which was especially comforting for my wife. To say the least, the overall process was seamless from the developing the quote, making the appointment, to the installation.
On the day of installation (12/21/17) which was two days later, the Installers/Service Technicians-Marc & Jody showed up on time as was scheduled. They were very professional and courteous…even following a request that we had made to Tim to bring tarps to cover the stairs going downstairs since we had recently had new carpeting installed…Again, “Commitment” to customer satisfaction!
Continuing on with Goyettes’ commitment to customer satisfaction, Tim Lambiris took the time and stopped by mid-morning on his day off to make sure that everything was going as planned with the installation. That’s what I call “dedication, professionalism and pride” in having such great employees that are willing to take the extra step for achieving happy customers!
In the end, the Installers/Service Technicians-Marc & Jody cleaned up, tested the system and answered all of our questions before leaving. Marc even took the time individual to explain the programmable thermostat as well as help adding the Honeywell Lyric’s app to our android phone …everything worked like a charm! Lastly, I’m still amazed that Marc and Jody were at our house for 6 ½ hours and they never took a break...what incredible employee’s!!
It’s evident that you put your customers in high regards as demonstrated by all of your employee’s attitudes and willingness to take the extra step at helping achieve complete customer satisfaction. .... It has been a true pleasure working with such a professional outfit. I would like to personally thank Tim Lambiris, your Residential Estimator as well as Marc & Jody, your Installers/Service Technicians for doing a great job on the recent HVAC installation.
My wife and I feel thankful that we chose Goyette to replace our HVAC system. Not primarily because of the quality of the equipment, or the cost, no because of the people. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting during the process from Tim, to Marc and Jody really showed what it means to have dedicated people working for your company. Courteous, welcoming, professional and skilled at their jobs is what we saw. That’s why we don’t even waste our time getting quotes from other heating & cooling company’s because we know that we are going to be treated fairly and get great customer service!
Keep up the good work and thanks once again for the wonderful experience we had with the purchase and installation of our new Bryant HVAC system. We look forward to living in our home with year around comfort.
